Lorenz Snack-World has made several attempts with Project Management Software. MS Project had been deployed for some large technical projects, but has never received acceptance by all project teams and has only been dominated by some "gurus". Most of the activities are smaller and mid-size projects with core project teams of about 4-5 colleagues, plus experts “on-demand“.

The flexibility of keeping your own working habits, make the solution more attractive to the users and leads to a better user acceptance.
Furthermore, it is possible to have a basic training only 1-2hours and a more intensive training for project managers in 2-3hours.The implementation effort for Genius is only little.
Another advantage is, that you can implement it step by step, e.g.first focussing on the project planning and only after familiarization of the team you can add resource and cost planning.
Finally the possibility of having one repository for all documents, where you also find your documents again, leads to a better team work and more satisfied employees.
